On my mind : Wednesday 18th

Washing Machine

Like nothing else could go wrong. The washing machine has decided to pack in. Well the spin cycle at least. Yesterday, I felt like taking a hammer to it and just taking my frustration out on it. I wanted to burst into tears - screaming 'Why me, what the HELL have I done to PISS you off universe'!!!!!!

ESKOM

Today is the day. When we discover if Eskom can get to screw us even further. They only want a 53% increase. I mean what's 53% - you're part of the previousley advantaged surely we can squeeze more out of you. And we'll squeeze and we'll squeeze until we can squeeze no more and then we'll squeeze some more. How long before we are just another Zimbabwe???????

Local Private Hospital - Armed Robbery

Not even your very expensive Private Hospital is safe anymore. The hospital down the road from us, just a few km's was held up by 4 armed men this morning. One captured and 3 got away with an undisclosed amount of cash!!! What is our world coming too??????

Back soon.................

Here's hoping your washing machine just slipped or broke a belt (happened to mine and wasn't too hard to fix). I remember my grand ma had a 'wringer' and she ran all the clothes thru that to squeeze out the water.. added bonus.. not electricity required. Think solar panels and wind mills... generate your own power .. OMG someone robbed a hospital... desperate times over there it sounds like. Stay safe my friend.
